Installation of Cyrstal Server XI Does Not Like Keycode


We are in the process of upgrading a system that is currently using Crystal Enterprise 8. We purchased the Crystal Reports Server XI software about a year ago (this upgrade project has been on the back burner for some time now).

I have been trying to setup a test server to test out the new configuration of softwares. When I tried to install Crystal Reports Server XI onto a virtual Windows 2003 server, the installation program complained that it did not like the keycode I had.

I have searched the Business Objects knowledge base, search the internet and have tried to contact Business Objects. When I finally found the tech support number (1-866-890-7686 got this from the SAP site for Business Objects America technical after calling the technical number on the Business Objects tech number) I never got any sort of voice recognition, just a brief tone and then to music. I heard the five same songs for 2 hours and 14 minutes (speaker phones are great, get a whole lot a work done while waiting on hold) but couldn't bear to hear them any more and I really needed to leave my desk to deal with some other issues.

Does anyone know how I can get my software working? Is there a number for Business Objects where I might be able to get help at?

I would really appreciate any help anyone could give me.
