Prevent Delivery Complete Indicator in Purchase Order

Dear All,

The requirement from our client is that certain set of users will tick delivery complete indicator manually.

User 1 - While creating or reversing Goods Receipt, Delivery complete indicator should not be changed. They will only tick/untick manually.

User 2 - System should set delivery complete indicator as normal behavior.

Is there any possibility to achieve the requirement.

Hi,

As of my knowledge, you can only set the indicator by default in plant level (OMCD transaction) - not at user level in standard. If you need it to be user specific, then you need to check the feasibility with your own development only. However, if you design the delivery completed indicator based on user, it will be very difficult to track the same in future and additional monitoring and manual activitty is required. Moreover, I dont think there is any business benefit to keep the delivery completed indicator unchecked during GR for full quantity.

Could you please explain the business logic behind the requirement and the benefit.
