How to switch off country implementation for PTMW.

This question references issues explained in Leave request double deduction from single request and Processing of Working Time Data - Processing blocks.

We found this might be due to PTMW country implementation feature. How can i switch this off without getting errror "Country implementation XX does not exist for category IT and type XXX" when deleting entries from tables PTBLPTPCLCOUNTRY and PTBLPTDOBJECTS.

Just an observation.

If I was getting an issue with a double deduction as you have described and I was 100% certain my counting and deduction rules were correct, I would be raising an OSS Incident.

Even if you are correct in your suspicion that the issue is PTMW related, then a work around by disabling something would probably not be the way to go.
