Hello Friends,

I am working on a scenario where I will be fetching some data from on-prem ERP system and then write into a Table in SAP Cloud Platform. I have created a DB Schema in HANA Web Development Workbench and created a Table.

In this case what should be adapter type for receiver SCP system and how should I configure the same to ensure that the entries are written in the Table directly.

Your suggestions will really be helpful.

Hello Amitabh,

If I understand your requirement correctly, then this is a use case for a SAP Cloud Connector Service Channel.

Best regards

Hello Frank,

Thanks a lot for your response. I am sure this is one of the way to talk to the HANA Cloud DB. This one is using HANA Cloud Connector.

In my case, I wish to send an IDoc from ECC to HCI and the IDoc content will be written into HANA DB Schema. I am able to send my IDoc to HCI but not sure how the same can be put into the cloud from there on.

Thanks Frank. I am referring to the same blog to shoot the IDocs from ECC. I just need some help in defining the receiver adapter for SAP Cloud Platform.
