Transfer material in QI to another material in QI

I need to transfer a material from a SKU code in QI status to another material, leaving the same status.

Graphically, it would be

Material 123 in QI status ---> Material 321 in QI status.
If I try to use MIGO + 309, the system doesn't allow me because the origin lot needs to be unrestricted. Is there any way to change this? Is there any transaction and movement type in the Quality module that will allow me to do this?

No. You can't change the material in QI stock.

You can post the material out to a new material number from the UD screen and then transfer the unrestricted material back into QI.

You could possibly create a follow-up action attached to a specific UD code that runs the follow-up action and post the material directly back into QI after the UD is saved.
