Configuration tab is blank in sap crm component

Hi Everyone,

As i am a newbie to SAP CRM i have struggling with configuration tab , i have created a table view and while creating i have checked configuration checkbox but still i am getting blank screen.

Please do help me out here and you find attached screenshot for the same.

please check if all SICF services mentioned in note 1115493 are active.

Hi Supreeth,


I have tested in our internal system under Configuration tab ---> I go to choose configuration where am able to select different context ID's. Some of the context Id's seem to take a bit of time to load. Can you try selecting different context Id's in case you have more than one for the view you provided in your screenshot.

Have you also tried to check if configuration is loading fine when enhancements are deactivated?

Did you add the IP address / CRM path in HOST file at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ ?

Ok..

Are you able to open the configuration for any standard component?

If it is happening with all the Components, then you will need to check your browser settings/ActiveX plugin.

No, even for standard components configuration tab is blank

First.. check if ActiveX plugin in your browser is enabled.

If it is and still the problem persists, try re-installing the browser.
