Unable to open IR & ID..

Hi,

I am able to open Integration builder index.jsp (http://xxp:54600/rep/start/index.jsp)

but when i am trying to open IR and ID, I am getting this error in Java webstart:

Unable to load resource:

http://XXP:54600/rep/repository/aii_ibrep_client.jar
