Hi,
We have a quota type that is only to award once on their hire date. We have configured it for 0 to 1 month in the base entitlement. We need help setting up the accrual period and the transfer time so it creates and transfers on the hire date only.

Hi.. if it is only during the hiring period, you can probably include it in the Actions, (Infogroup) and default it so that the user saves it. It should solve the problem that you have. Otherwise, check your generation rules for the all characteristics..

Go to SPRO- Time Management - Time Data Recording and Administration - Time Data Recording and Administration - Calculating Absence Entitlements- Rules for Generating Absence Quotas - Set Base Entitlements- Base Entitlement for Absence Quota Generation - select your abesence quota type and go to display.
Check for entitlement constatnt days and related to date type in related to period (should be date of hiring- comes from IT0041),
Then go to table V_T559L in dialogue structure go to selection rules and select your absence quota type and check for Rel to date type in Accrual Period tab ( should be date of hiring).
