Production Order issue

We have a production order that is complete confirmed

Status REL PRT CNF DLV PRC BCRQ GMPS MAC

User Status LCKD

This is an assembly order (PP04) -- attached to a sales order throught the TAC item category.

My problem is, since this production order is Confirmed (CNF), it seems that we are still able to make changes to the sales order line item (change the plant is the major problem).

I've tried many combinations of within the LCKD user status using transaction BS02 and nothing has actually Stopped me from being able to change the plant on the sales order.

What this does, then, is it sets the DLFL Status on the original production order, and creates a whole new PP04 Production order in CRTD (Status & User Status) on the new plant. And now we end up with duplicate Special Stock (E) in two different plants.

Any thoughts on how I can actually Stop the plant from being changed once the CNF status/LCKD User status is set, is appreciated.

Thanks,
