Is there a Iflow in C4C/CPI which sends back the time slots MRS finds for showing those time slots in C4C?

In the documentation in SAP Help is mentioned:

The appointment offering feature in SAP Multiresource Scheduling behaves a bit differently. In MRS, from the appointment offering search dialog screen, the available time slots display. When a slot is selected in the SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer solution, it gets blocked in MRS for the corresponding service technician team. However, an actual assignment is not scheduled until the MRS optimizer is executed.

If this works there must be the available time slots have to be returned to C4C ... but how?

Hello Jochen,

I am not sure I understood if your question is related to the integration OR on the UI how do you get an appointment.

Assuming all your configuration is set up correctly, you can request an Appointment from C4C. To do that:

1) Have an item with planned quantity in hours

2) Execute the 'Release for scheduling' action on the ticket

3) Then you will be able to click on the Apppointment button to get the pop up for slots (sometimes you have to select the item first)

4) Then you can retrieve slots from MRS and select the desired slot

Jameel

Dear Jochen,

If your query is about MRS on S4HANA,
As soon as you click on "Get Appointements" , a call gets generated to S4HANA
"https://help.sap.com/viewer/e3d4d4173c6f4231a6a35885511484ee/1802/en-US/342acf39f3d34bcf808cd968a107fae6.html"

Configure the communication arrangement "Demand Replication to MRS S4 Hana" in C4C system, the relevant outbound service is "Request Appointment Offer Slots from External System". However we dont have HCI/CPI content(iflow) available for this bundle at the moment , only PI content is available.
If you would like to have one, you can either create an Idea in Influence forum or create an incident. Best way would be Influence forum because i see other customers are requesting for this and they can upvote so that our product management will check the feasibility.
