LMS Competency Assessment


I've a question to LMS competencies.

If I connect an Item with a competency and one learner has completed the course, the competencies are not visible in the User Record in the LMS. Only after I’ve added competency requirements manually to the user record, the competency gap is visible and updated on the user record.

Is there an automatic process to assign competencies to the user directly after the training is completed?
