iview not getting displayed. I am seeing just a blank screen

Hello EP Gurus

I got an EPA file which I imported and then went to user administration and added this under the role.

When I log in as the user, all I see is a blank screen on the right hand side and on left hand side 'Detailed Navigation' and 'Portal Favorites'.

What else is missing?

If some one can point me in the right direction, I will really appreciate it.
