Issue Management Issue and Tasks

Hello Experts,

I am working on a Solution Manager project, and we are working with Issue Management via transaction SOLMAN_ISSUE_MGMT (or SOLMAN_PROBLEM_MGMT)

I am facing the following problems;

Despite of making an issue with several Tasks, these Tasks are not visible under the Tab Tasks.(next to Tab Issue) It keeps completely empty. (I cannot find a tasks at all, with any filter criteria). Does anybody have the same problem??

Another problem is that I am missing the Due on date's in the reporting view of issue management for the assigned tasks.(SOLMAN_ISSUE_MGMT ).

Please can anybody help me ASAP.

Greetings Niels

      Hi Sahji,

      Thanks for youre quick reply:

      The Note you mentioned is not valid for our Solution Manager system.

      We have SSM 7 with Package level

      ST 400 Level 0015 with support package SAPKITL425.

      This Note has already been corrected by a Support Package in our System.

      So it must be someting else

      Niels
