Integration with Twitter - Hybris Marketing Cloud

Hi,

I have a problem with integration Hybris Marketing Cloud with Twitter. I did all guide steps. I can see tags (tweet) in HCI but when I check in Hybris Marketing Cloud I don't see the interaction in Sentiment Engagement Filters. I don't know if is necessary any step in Hybris Marketing Cloud because the system no show me any message no error nothing.

Yes is correct.

The Guide 11G is already. And HCI I can see a Tag.
