Label printing taking Material description instead of HTS code description

My users print on the carrier label a description of the products bases on HTS code (commodity code) (they overwrite the material description with a generic description based on the HTS code.). however for some delivery the material description is showing on the label. which they need to correct. how to make HTS code description to get printed in label..please advise?

If the label or its driver program starts with a Z then you have to contact your ABAPer to know the current logic (if you can't read or debug the program yourself) and for a fix anyway.

Found the issue with legacy system connected to SAP. in legacy system they are printing labels.
