AET Field Issues

Hi,

I have a few questions regarding AET.

1) Can I create a field in CUSTOMER_H object and extend to BW reporting?

2) Can I add the field to different objects like service request, service order and service confirmation in one enhancement? I presume this could be done using reused in objects in the bottom section of creation

3) if I want to link the drop-down field to a database table through maiantainence view, how can I achieve this? Select the field - Render/Validate As: Show checktable as DDLB. What will structure of this table be?

Hello Dhruv,

From CRM Service view, AET of course could be used to enhance some objects like service request, service order and service confirmation.

As for how to achieve it I suggest you review below blogs and wiki page. Hope you could get some insight.
