    Hy,

    Validity in which mean?

As I understand your problem you want to block this code for a week or for some time period, correct or not?

    Then do following,

    1) Block that material with effective date of today itself and save.

    2) Then again go to transection MM02 assign material code and then go top of the screen and select change as per schedule system will ask schedule date.Apply that effecive date from you want to activate or unblock that material.

Now remove that indicator and save.

But don't forget to activate that schedule changes. You can do it via T. code MM02 itself or MM13.

    Regards,

    Dhaval

    Hi Pankaj,

I don't think it is possible to change the Valid from date (by default it is the day you create the master) of a material.

This is for logical and legal reasons.

    Regards,

    Pradeep.
