    Hi Zankhana,

While attaching the authorization objects to the user through PFCG transaction(authorization tab), you can specify infotypes/subtypes.

For example, for p_origin auth object Infotype, Subtype, Personnel area, Auth.level, Emp.Gr, Emp.Subgr., Org. Key are all selection criteria.

    Regards,

    Dilek

    Hello,

you can limit/regulate the Infotypes and subtypes access in authorization profile(in PFCG transaction) by selecting HR masterdata switch P_ORGIN by choosing the required infotypes and required subtypes in the authorization objects.

Eg; If you choose 0000,0001,0006 the user can have access to only these infotypes and if you choose * the user can have authorization for all infotypes.
