Can we Load/import Marketing Plan into Hybris Marketing (file upload) manually?

Hi experts,

Can we upload or import Marketing plan (Budget plan, Program, Campaigns) manually in Hybris marketing on premise system. please let us know any custom or enhancement if available.

Dear Saurabh and all,

Careful with cuan_marketing_planning_srv. This is not an official released API for external use. This OData is for budget plan. The OData for marketing plan is different. It is also not released for external use. We have plans to provide it in future releases.

You are also mentioning Marketing Plan (Budget Plan, Program, Campaign). Marketing Plan is a object on its own and while there is a relationship with budget plan, programs, and campaigns. Just to be clear on the relationships here.

Hi Saurabh,

Thanks for the details, in fact, we did check on these already.

But we are mostly looking for a way to upload Marketing Plans into yMKT (if at all possible) as the requirement we have is where the Marketing Plans / Programs / Campaigns are created by a 3rd party system and we need to load those into yMKT (we are onPrem1709). The APIs for Programs (API_MKT_PROGRAM_SRV, we need to backport) and Campaigns (API_MKT_CAMPAIGN_SRV) are identified but not for Marketing Plans.

Hi Renjith,

For Plans you can make use of "cuan_marketing_planning_srv" and entity "PLANS" will sole the purpose.

Hey Saurabh,

Yeah, thank you, we are on the same API but with a bit of hiccup, but looks like we should be fine.

Serious concerns about wiping out plans once created with programs & campaigns, flexibility on changing dimensions & relationships etc. So we are weighing different options on this.
