SAP QS41 Short text

Hi All,

Can any one guide ,how QS41 Code short text changes can be captured .

QPCT-KURZTEXT data element QTXT_CODE is marked tick for change documents but changes are not captured in CDHDR or CDPOS .

Data Element QTXT_CODE has change documents activated, but QKTEXTGR does not.
