Hi!
I am doing some tests about how time evaluation works with retiree employees (pa0000-stat2=2). My idea is that if an employee change to pa0000-stat2=2 the day X, from that day time eval will not run for this employee but it does.
So, do you know how time eval works with retiree employees? is it possible to do that time eval doesn´t run for this employees?
Thanks for your time 🙂
Very Nice Post.

Please refer to the note2160611 which clarifies your issue in more detail.
As the employee is active (STAT2 = '3') at least on one day to be evaluated the RPTIME00 is going to execute the employee for theselected period and this is the correct behavior. The selection of the employees is internally carried out by the logical database PNP. This standard behaviour has not been changed.
According to the RPTIME00 documentation there are some prerequisites which have to be fulfilled so that a personnel number ispicked up by time evaluation:1) The personnel number is currently not locked
2) The employee is active (P0000-STAT2 = '3') at least on one day to be evaluated
3) The time evaluation status is not equal to 0 according to IT0007
So in order to prevent an inactive personnel number to be processed by time evaluation, please check in infotype 0007 that the timeevaluation status (ZTERF) is * to '0' for the entire period of inactivity and that in IT0000 the STAT2 field is * to "inactive".
In your case the forced recalculation date is the 01.01.2015 where the employee is active (until 29.01.2015). Therefore theemployee is picked up by time evaluation

Also you can force PT60 with a date on the selection screen.
