SAP ERP E-commerce single user - contact person - customer

Hi Gurus,

I would like to have a single user to be able to log on to the SAP ERP E-commerce B2B application and create and display order for multiple customers.

I believe this is possible in CRM E-commerce where when a user logs in to B2B application he will be able to see a list of customer he (contact person associated with the ID) is assigned for.

I am not able to assign a contact person to multiple customers in SAP R/3. so I am confused how I can make a single user to be able to select a customer and then go and place or view a order in SAP ERP E-commerce.

Am I missing some thing are is this not possible in SAP ERP E-commerce.

Please advice.

Points will be rewarded

Thank You

You can use Business-On-Behalf (BOB) scenario available with the B2B application.

I can help you if you need more information.

    • Hi Venky,

Thanks for the reply. Yes I would like to know more about the BOB. It would be great if you can share that with us. But is that the only solution.
