Error in Updating Object SURVEY

In out CRM System - when user tryinto record some CRM Transaction he is getting this error.

this problem is not every time. only some times.

Infact - I have not get the complete details of the issue.

As on Known Info about this issue is

I already check work processs trace files and System core dumps no useful info is available.

Any idea - Why it happens , Any quick ideas, Once we get complete details we can look for solution, currently we are looking to know the posssible causes.
