How to add plugins on Mobile Services for Development and Operations?

Hi. Today i saw that Mobile service for SAP Fiori in the Sap Mobile secure is getting deprecated. I was trying to build an apk on the Mobile Services for Development and Operations as suggested on the deprecation notice but i can't find any way to add my plugins as I would have done on the Sap Mobile Secure. Could you show me how to do it?
