Creating to posting run

Hi Friends,

I have an issue while posting to accounting

after running payroll, when iam creating a posting run it is giving error as"Payroll results could not be imported"

i have assigned symbolic accounts to wage types and aslo to G/L accounts

where could i be wrong

Plz suggest me
