Regarding FI issue

I am executing the report ZRFAPBALANCE ( Vendor Balance Display ) . The Problem with that is i am getting the opening and closing balances of 2007 & 2008 but when i execute for 2009 i am not getting added to the current year balances.

Can i know what would be the problem with the report as this report was developed by some other developer ,who is not available now.

Waiting for ur reply.

Regards,

Srinath

    hi,

as you wrote it is a Z... report, which means from here no one will be able to tell with 100% certanity, what is the problem. The only thing which comes into my mind, that it is reading the standard table for closing balances and the balance carryforward was not run for 2009 yet. Which is quite logical, because we are only in the middle of 2008... You have to run F.07 for 2009 (it can be done before than the end of the year, won't do any harm!)

    hope this helps

    Hi ,

Most likely it is the copy of RFAPBALANCE , TCODE : FK10N . You can compare the values between these programs (Z... version and the original) to find out the problem. If there is a problem , you have to debug.
