Add button in transaction transaction PA20 for Infotype 0002

Hi All,

Hope all are doing good progress in their works... I had one question.

Has anyone added a button in the transaction PA20 for the Infotype 0002. I need to add a button in this screen so that the User can navigate from this screen in PA20 to the transaction CV04n.

Hi,

Kindly note you have to enhance infotype not create a custom infotype.

So select the 4 th tab.

in pm01

Hi Divya,

I followed the steps as u mentioned and using the 3rd tab (Enhance IT), I was able to create a pushbutton. But while I go to transaction PA20 and try to maintain it, I find the pushbutton in a display mode only.

Here on pressing the Pushbutton, I need to go to the transaction CV04N. ( I had set a FCODE on the menupainter for the pushbutton)

Can you help me out by suggesting what might be the reason for the pushbutton to be shown in the Display mode only..

Hi,

Maintain 006 for the screen group.

Check the standard fields screen group for the module program mp0000200 screen 2000. and do the same for the pushbutton as well.

Your problem will be solved.

Reward accordingly.

Hi,

Go to PM01 and enhance the infotype

use the link http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_03/helpdata/EN/4f/d526be575e11d189270000e8322f96/frameset.htm

It will create a Z module pool program.

For this module pool program put a button. on the screen

Hi Divya,

Thanks for your reply but can u elaborate a little bit on this?Yes I am aware that I can add this button using the transaction PM01 but am unable to move forward.

I may be asking too much but it would be better if you give me the steps as how to create the modulepool and add the button in it.

Hi,

Kindly refer to the link mentioned.

in brief

Got to PM01

Screen screen (4 th tab)

In infotype right 0002

and press Generate objects

Create the CI include

You will have to enter some dummy field atleast one and save and activate.

Then go back

Then select radio button for screen 0200

and press edit. here you can put the button and hide the field that you entered in the ci include.

Save and activate.

and now check with pa20 or pa30.
