Hi community,
is a copy function of ticket items (Ticket - Service & Repair) in Cloud for Service existing?
I guess there is no such function, but only to double check.
Perhaps the "Add From List" feature is helpful (see screenshot)? Don't know to what list this feature is reffering and where to maintain this list... Couldn't find this in the documentation.
Can someone help?

Yes as of my understanding there is no Copy function.
Ideally for Add From List functionality to show the records , the Product List to be consumed in Ticket should be of Type 'Service Items'.
Go to the Products work center.
Go to the Product Lists view.
Select New for creating new product list.
Type field should be 'Service Items' to be consumed product list in ticket. and Save.
Note: Ensure that if you are maintaining a Sales Area ( Customer + Sales Organization + Distribution Channel +Division +Sales Territory) Combination then the same sales Area details should be Used in the Service ticket
