Error in Info Record Upload in Back ground - Check units of measure & Convr

Dear Experts,

While uploading Info Record (ME11) data by LSMW in Back ground, System is issuing the message that, Please check the unit of measure and Conversion factor and not allowing to continue the info record upload.

By foreground data upload method, it allows the data upload, but it is very time consuming job.

Also while creating Info Record manually, system issues warning message - Please check unit of measure and and conversion factor. When there is no need to maintain conversion factor.

Its urgent .......
