But the problm i am facing is, after running for a particular time interval(it works around 1 day and after that), it's getting stopped.....can anyone help me to identify why it is ocuring like that. i checked the log, but no error message updated.....

Please reply, if anyone knows....Thanking you in Advance........

For what purpose is the Service,is it based on any event.Does it autostart at Windows StartUp?When you say the service runs for a day ,did you chk that the service starts after sytem restart?

Hi

Thanks for Repling....

I am using my windows service for updating a table in the database....I had set the startup type as automatic and wen i re-boot the server it is showing that the application is started..but the data in the database is not geting updated..so i will manually start the application.at that time it will get started and continue updating the database....

is this information ok?
