Follow up Ticket in C4C Ext. App

Hello all,

does someone know how I can create follow up tickets in the Cloud4CustomerExtended App? I don't find it.

    Hi Deborah,

    It is possible to create a Follow Up ticket in RUI, but the flow is a bit different compared to HTML5.

    You need to go to the Related Items tab within the Ticket UI (you may need to expose it). There you will find a "Follow-Up Items" table, from where you can create a new Follow Up Ticket. See also the screenshot below.
