Hello Experts,

CRM module doenst cover Packing & Forwarding charges in Sales Quote / Sales Order / Service Order

Can we add or change Pricing Component dropdown?

We need this anyhow.

Dear Vishal,

It is possible to change the price component by making the changes in the fine tune activity "Configure Price Strategy" in Business Configuration Work center. You can find the detailed description about the price components in the Helpcenter Documentation

"Pricing in Customer Relationship Management" and "About Configure Pricing Strategy".
