I have a situation where many down payment requests are open
When I do FB08 we get below errors
Reasons: PO are closed, Posting period is closed, there are no items for reversal
there are open DPR since 5 years,
Can any one suggest for mass closure of the request

DPR are Noted Items and no need to reverse.
DPR's are single line items and it will not update any accounting entries.

DPR Convert to normal items than u can clear it ..why did u run FB08? it is for reversal document only
