Time management status

Hi friends.

If the time management status is 7 (infotype 0007), it is a +ve time or -ve time management.

Thanks.

u have to set the time status in infotype 007 tjat tells u wheteher its is positive or negitiveTime evaluation without integration with Payroll (7): You use this status to run time evaluation to handle special time accounts u2013 to accrue absence quotas, for example. It makes no difference whether all of the employeesu2019 actual times are recorded or only the deviations from the work schedule.

The system stores the results of this time evaluation run in cluster B2, which enables you to run reports on the data, for example. The results are not passed on to Payroll. The time data processing part of Payroll treats the employees as if they had the time management status No time evaluation (0).

If the time management status is 7 - Time Evaluation without Payroll Integration.

In this case, only time evlauation results are updated but not reflected in the payroll. This status would generally be used to update the time balances etc.

If you take Negative Time evaluation - in this case only planned times are taken from the infotype 0007 instead of actual times (i.e. Time in and Time Out) which is positive time management.

    Regards

    Team Member.

    Hi,

This status can be maintained for both +ve and -ve Time mangt. It works for both.If u r doing +ve go as per clock times and if u r doing -ve go for without clock times. You can choose any one or both bu the result is not impacted in payroll.

In one of my cases first i selected Staus 7 for updation of Time balances and after I changed Staus to 9 to integrate payroll.

    Try this.

    regards

    Madan.
