upload attachment and attach to leave request workflow

Hi guys,

We have a request from client that when employee applies medical leave they want them to upload the medical sheet to this request.

Thus, there are two main functions here:

1) upload the medical sheet (for example: DOC or PDF)

2) attach the medical sheet as attachment in the workflow WS12300111 for approve/reject

Have anyone done the similar approach in the portal?

If you are using the UWL in the portal, this is not a problem. UWL can handle attachments fine.
