I have an Analysis For Office application which draws from 22 Bex Queries from 9 different Multi Providers. I have distilled the prompts down to 8 distinct prompts that get used across the various bex queries. When the users run the Prompt for Workbook option they are having to enter the same information in multiple times. I have had trouble trying to merge some of the variables to a single prompt as the variables for, say Company code, are different in each multi provider. I was wondering if it was possible to set a "parameter" section in my AO workbook, where the user could input / change the 8 distinct prompts values, and then refresh the workbook. I was trying to avoid using VBA if I could.
