Convert Payslip from English to French

Dear gurus

We have used PE51 to create our payslip and this was done in English language. However when we log in either in English or French and try to open the payslip in French it throws an error message saying "Language FR does not exist for Form XXXX"

Please any suggestions on how to view payslip in French
