screen message when entering sales order in change mode

Hi

Whenever I open a sales document in change mode VA02, I get a small screen indicating 'consider the subsequent documents'.

If i click enter, system takes me to sales order screen.

What is system trying to say by that screen?

Hello,

That message means there are subsequent documents created for the sales order. There could be a delivery created for the sales order.

The system indicates that, if you change anything in the sales order now, it can lead to a inconsistency because the subsequent docuemtn is created.

System is giving you a information message indicating subsequent documents already exist for that order.

It means that you have already created delivery document (it is also possible that other documents like transfer order, goods issue and billing document are created).

Next time you get message, select Environment -> Document flow to see for yourself the subsequent documents existing for a sales order.
