SAP investment programs budget

HAI,

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BLOCK / LOCK AN INVESTMENT PROGRAM TO PROVIDE SUPPLEMENT BUDGET BY THE OTHER USERS

IN OUR COMPANY SUPPLEMENT BUDGET IS PROVIDED BY THREE PERSONS

CAN I BLOCK THE SAME INVESTMENT PROGRAM NOT TO ASSIGN ANY SUPPLEMENT BUDGET TO A PARTICULAR PROGRAM

You can lock the position for budgeting using status budget block (Edit>Status>Block>Budget).

Also you can use user status and have a user status profile for IM program ( T Code OK02) configured to prohibit the business transaction 'Budget Supplement'.

Further you can user authorisation key, this allows only user who've the authorisation to change the user status and thus control supplementing the budget.
