Account determination analysis

Dear Expert,

In VF01account determination analysis get error - Access not made (initialized field) for KOMKCV-AUGRU when use Order Reason in Reconcilation Account Determination. Any idea what is wrong?

Dear Chan

I believe in V/07, for the condition type, in one of the selection combination, you would have maintained a table for [Order reason] for which the respective [Field] is not maintained.

So go to V/07, select that condition type and click on Accesses. Now on your right screen, you can see some tables maintained there. There select the appropriate combination which has order reason and click on Fields. Now maintain the following

Condition:::::Docmt Stru::::::Doc field

AUGRU::::::::::KOMK::::::::::::::AUGRU

Now retry your process

Hi Lakshmipathi,

FYI the problem is when add order reason as access sequence for Reconcilation Accout Determination with KOAB condiiton type.

In VF01when check Account Determination Analysis for Reconcilation Account and get "Acess Not Made (Initialized Field)"

Any idea? Cheers.

Hi Chan

While adding new tables/ fields for access sequence, we need to initialise it which can be done by clicking on the fileds column and then saving it. Try doing the same in your access sequence

Hi Chan,

Please go to the access sequence of your account determination in the IMG chek is there any Exclusion set for other access or check the routine which you assigned over there.

And also check what fields you have mentioned in access sequence those fields are maintained in the sales documents or not.(Sales oredr ,Delivery and Invoice).
