scenario is it:

planned working time : 06:45 am- 16 pm

normal working time : 7 am - 16pm

if clock-in is 8 and clock-out is 17 : decrease 1 hour from 1 overtime so a person don't have any absence and overtime..

how to do it?

You know your scenario looks like Flextime. Have a look at sample entries in V_T550A.

You should define Planned, Normal and Core working time.

Should this happen only for this scenario , what in case of employee punches at 9 AM and leaves at 18 M

yes ,just for this scenario.scenario is just for MANAGMENT work schedule role . if person come 9 am until 18 pm must 2 hour absence and 2 hour over time .

I write pcr for handle it . I add time to wage type and I want to decrease form overtime in payroll . but I want to know ,are there any customise for it? or must be write pcr?
