How to trigger email Notification in WS12300111

Dear WF-Experts,

I am having an issue to trigger notification in leave workflow.

The workflow container will not have the details of the leave applied by the employee like leave type / dates.

we are having only Request Id which has the value like this 48597A76276C0128E1008000AC17FA06

Is there any way to read the details of the leave by using the request id.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
