material availability check in pm orders issue

the problem which I face now is the relation between the material availability and the hours of the operation , I create a material which is zero in the stock but when I create an order and check material availabilty the system say that it is available and that happen only when I assign this material to an operation less than 30 hours if the operation is more than 30 hours the system say that there is shortage of this material

Is it because the 30 forces the date of the operation into tomorrow?

What Availablitiy Check setting are you using in the material master (MRP3 screen)?

I tried now in another order but it only tells that there is no material when I put the operations from 41 to 80 hours

You'd need to check you MRP data as there could be other demands being placed on the material.

Have a look at the stock requirements list via MD04.
