Hi SAP Guru,

This is the first time I am handling the client requirement for US, where they are in the process of implement SAP HR module, I need some clarification over the requirements can any one help me out for the below requirements.

1. Calculate earnings and incentives using a variety of calculation models, as well as integrate with the third-party systems to import or export time- management data for wage calculation?

2. Outsource complete payroll processing or tax processing and integrate calculation results back into SAP for financial accounting?

3. Calculate earnings and incentives using a variety of calculation models based on numbers calculated and stored in SAP. CLIENT does not want to calculate earnings and incentives in SAP and instead only calculate them outside SAP?

4. CLIENT employees enter expense claims in a third party solution - Concur - supervisors approve the claims and the output is manually captured in their current financial accounts. Even transactions done through Purchase Credit Cards issued by CLIENT to employee?

This is the requirement which was assigned to me, can any one give me the solution with a possibility whether each be done, if so, please tell me the procedure with a transaction to complete the each requirement.
