Delete/block PO

Dear All,

My clients requirement is that he want Delete or block the PO last 6 months ago by selecting date wise is it possible to delete this Po.

please give me idea about that.

hi

go to t code MASS

use object type BUS2012.

in field tab select field LOEKZ (for po del indicator )

and execute

add ur range of material docs u want to delete or use the arrow button to give selected pos

enter

and do the mas change by giving indicator X

and

Save it.

Hi Friend,

You can do changes through transaction MASS for many purchase orders.

Go to MASS, put object type BUS2012. Select field LOEKZ from line item.

Execute it and select multiple PO. Execute and provide value 'X' to LOEKZ. Select on mass changes. Save it.

I think it will solve your peoblem.

ME98 --> ARCHIVE ADMINISTRATION CHECK/DELETE
