PM Order Backflush from Q Stock Fails

I have created a Maintenance Order and Specified components with Special Stock indicator Q and Backflush. But when I do IW41 confirmation, the backflush fails. Could you please let me know if I'm missing any configuration.

You say it fails, but how do you know that? is there an error message or log which could eventually help to troubleshoot the reason?

Yes, I went to COGI and see message "Deficit of quantity". But I do have stock available.

But if I change the special indicator from 2 (project stock) to Blank, then backflush works fine.

Seems , you have not maintained your stock as "Q- Project Stock".

Do you have stock under the project special stock? It seems that you are trying to consume from special stock Q but there is not enough quantity under the project special stock.
