Issue with facebook campaign authentication in YMKT On-Premise

Hi,

We are facing issue while authenticating in Facebook campaign in Hybris marketing-On-Premise - "503 Service not available". This error occurs while we click on "Authenticate" button in Facebook campaign to provide the Facebook credentials. But when we try OA2C_GRANT and request for OAuth 2.0 Token manually, Facebook logon screen is being displayed. We have followed the integration steps mentioned in Integration guide 1702. Can anyone help me in understanding the issue and provide the solution?

Please follow the steps for Backend Configuration and the prerequisite for SAP Hybris Marketing - Social Campaigns Using Facebook.

This will resolve the issue, as it seems to be a certificate issue, check in /nstrust.

Dear Phani,

Did you load the certificates of Facebook into STRUST, e.g. you see no errors in SMICM?

Did you confirm that your yM system calls the same Facebook API version as the one that is called in Facebook itself?

Hi Akil,

We found it as some Basis issue and fixed it. But now after successful authentication, I got another error message "

There was an issue with request parameters: Code 400, message 'Bad Request'." This error apprears as soon as I click on Facebook campaign action in Campaign Designer. Do you have idea about this error?
