Hi ,

Here I have 1 charity order for charity purpose. whenever we create this order Automatically 1 material document should be posted ( Order quantity is posted from Blocked quantity to Un restricted use).

I think that for this, 1 moment type(Blocked quantity to Un restricted use) should be trigger for this wn order saved.

How can we configure settings for this.

If u have any idea share with me.

for this special order create a document type which will exist in only one sales area of the Charity given Customer.

Then Configure your Item categories and schedule line categories accoringly .

at the last stage the schedule line categories movement type change to 343.

But tell me one thing if you are giving the Material to the Customer then why are you doing transfer posting to the Unrestricted use.

Instead you use two movement type

In the step 2 you assign 641 movement type which will posts the goods out of the comapny's owing.

as standard delivery.

Hi Amlan Sarkar,

Here the quantity of destruct order is stored in separate storage location and they are blocked for Destruct orders. So, here the scenario is when ever we are saving the Destruct order the quantity should be moved to Un restricted (for this Material doc posted). Then only picking the quantity from Un Restricted for Delivery.

So is there any standard functionally in SAP for this. Kindly share me if u knows.

Dear Friend,

As per My knoledge the goods movement can be achieved only in the delivery.

So i have a sugession , If you check out the schedule line of the Material you have created in the order.

There you will find Two movement type:

Assign one Movement type to the say( From Blocked Stock to Unrestricted Stock)

Next Movement type assign the Standard Functionality 601 ( Unrestricted stock to the Customer account).

This way your material can be delivered via two movements of goods.

you can check the same in delivery Goods movement data.

Hi ,

Thanking for ur suggetion, Here when ever we are saving the order material document posted with movement type 343 (Blocked to Un Restrict). Then the quantity pick up from Un restrict to customer.

Acttully here for this orders there is no Billing.Thats what they were posting the material doc for A/cing purpose for this items.

How to configure the material doc automatic process (movement type 343) when Order save.

To configure the Automatic Posting GO to the Transaction OMBA

There you have the setting Va01 : Then Documnet type WL goods Issue /Delivery.

Check the Setting of these Document Type in the Inventory then Configure your movemnet type accordingly.

I think in Standard Process Goods Movement is not possible from the Order .

If you have configured as the Rush Order by ticking the Create deliveries automatically in the VoV8 Document Type.

The the delivery and Goods Issue Is happening automatically/

I could Not get How do you Do goods Movement in the Sales Order?

From Blocked stock to the Unrestricted Stock.

If By User Exits Then you have to DO it with the Help of An ABAPER.

Hello,

The movement types for the material movements are maintianed in schedule line categories. I believe for this case, you need to have an item categroy and a schedule line categroy which is having movement type 343 maintained in it.
