-> Not possible. you can not use kernel 700 or 710 with basis release 620 ( R3 4.7)

HI,
For SAP Kernel R/3 up to which level will be supported.
You are using SAP R3 4.7 System ( Basis release 620) so only kernel 620 or 640 is supported with R3 4.7.
kernel 620 is out of maintainance . only kernel 640 is supported by SAP.
you can go for 640_EXt2 kernel
check following notes
Note 1106096 - EX2 Kernels: Extended Kernel Maintenance
Note 1058988 - 640_EX2 Kernels

Hello. Go to https://service.sap.com/instguides --> in left choose Other Documentation --> Database Upgrades --> Oracle find Upgrade manual. About SAP version upgrade -->
on what version you wish to do a upgrade ? (As i know you can't upgrade kernel from 640 to 710, correct if I am mistaken) for example you can Upgrade to ERP 6.0 go to
https://service.sap.com/instguides --> SAP ERP --> SAP ERP 6.0 --> Upgrade . Regards.
