Help Required to launch ECC transactions in IC Webclient.

Dear all,

We are implementing SAP CRM 5.0, as per the requirement we need to call SAP ECC transactions into IC Webclient.

like Sales Order display, Document Flow, Delivery Display, Invoice Display.

I copied and created a new launch transaction in Transaction Launcher configuration. I assigned this in Navigation bar profile and in turn Navigation bar profile to IC Webclient Profile.

The ZTRANSACTION is appearing in Navigation bar in IC Webclient but, it is not executing the ECC Transactions, the page showing blank and upon second click session is getting logged out.

I dont know where the problem is coming, I have maintained Logical system parameters in 'crms_ic_cross_sys' transaction. But I dont know what values to maintain for ITS Client and URL of ITS.

I dont know why and how ITS can be used for this purpose.

also how to define URL parameters for an ECC system. what values need to be given there.

I request CIC gurus to explain me this thing in step by step process, I would be very grateful if you send me any documentation with step by step screenshots and explanation.

Hello Raghu,

Try see if the ITS link it is OK. For me, note 917302 was very useful to understand what service to use, and how to fill the link at 'crms_ic_cross_sys' transaction.

My understanding is ECC order doesn't use the ITS, it uses the RFC destination entered in the IMG. (Define Profiles for ERP Sales Orders)

But why create a new lauch tab? in CRMC_IC_NAVBAR_PERM you can change the description of ERPSALESORDER

Does the standard button work in your IC client?
